VINCI Concessions is Europe’s leading operator of transport infrastructure concessions (motorways, tunnels, bridges, car parks, airports and light rail systems) and a major player in the development of public-private partnerships (PPPs) within VINCI. Our acquisition of the ASF group in 2006 made VINCI Concessions the world’s biggest private operator of motorway concessions.

Cofiroute UK (£10 million sales)

Cofiroute UK holds the operating contract for the toll collection on the two bridges at the Severn River Crossing linking Wales and England, on the M4 motorway, while the Newport viaduct is managed directly by the company under a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract.
The Dartford Crossing is Europe's largest tolled infrastructure facility in terms of traffic, accommodating 150,000 vehicles a day. A combined four-lane bridge and dual tunnel facility, it is the only tolled section on the London Orbital. The operating contract is held by Le Crossing, a joint venture co-owned by VINCI's Cofiroute and Ringway subsidiaries and which has secured ISO Integrated Management Systems certification for its sustained innovation and improvement actions.

VINCI Investments Limited (£1 million sales)

VINCI Investments Limited works with public bodies and developers in delivering PFI and PPP schemes for infrastructure, property and managed services. The company is targeted at the education, criminal justice, office and general accommodation property sectors as well as infrastructure maintenance. Projects include a 30 year, £32 million PFI contract to design, build, finance and maintain a new headquarters facility for Kent Police in Medway and a £37 million PFI scheme which includes the construction and maintenance of five schools in Derby. The company is delivering a £150 million investment programme which will develop RAF Northolt in West London enabling the release of over 250 acres of land for redevelopment on six MoD sites in London.

VINCI Park UK (£36 million sales)

VINCI Park UK has been active in car park management for 40 years, providing services for local authorities, transport and health care facilities, retail and private business locations. The company views car parking as a service industry. Beyond its dedication to car park security and convenience, it strives to provide added value for customers through services such as car rentals, car wash facilities, vehicle jump-starts, key retrieval, and baggage assistance. Its concessions include sites at Heathrow and Gatwick airports and contracts for the London Underground. The company has particular expertise in developing successful and innovative partnerships with Local Authorities, such as the Citylink joint venture company with Liverpool City Council.
