Crispin & Borst Awarded £6 Million Office Building Contract
The London Region of Crispin & Borst Limited (part of VINCI PLC) has been awarded a £6 million contract by Sackville Development (Egham) Limited to construct a modern two-storey office building set in 12 acres of landscaped grounds at Milton Park in Egham, Surrey.
The 49 week contract comprises construction of the building’s shell including the application of rain screen cladding and curtain walling. The front of the building has a double height glazed atrium and a steel framed canopy. External works include Yorkstone paving to the front entrance, soft landscaping and new car parking.
The offices will be completed in Spring 2009 ready for prospective clients to fit-out to suit their requirements.
