Norwest Holst Underway with £32 Million Sixth Form College in Stockport
The North West region of Norwest Holst’s Building division (part of VINCI PLC) is underway with a £32 million contract to design and construct a new sixth form college on the site of the existing Aquinas College in Stockport.
The 14,000 m² facility will include a performing arts centre with recording facilities, IT teaching rooms and a learning resource centre.
The contract also includes associated external works and landscaping as well as the demolition of the existing college upon completion of the new building.
