Norwest Holst Awarded £12 Million Mixed Use Development Contract in Weeke, Hampshire
The Southern region of Norwest Holst’s Building division (part of VINCI PLC) has been awarded a
£12 million contract by Development Securities Limited to design and construct a mixed use development in Weeke, Winchester.
The construction of a Waitrose store with underground car parking forms the major part of the contract which will also include a two-storey healthcare centre, four retail units and four two-storey residential units.
Road and footpath improvements are also included under a section 278 agreement with Hampshire Highways.
