Norwest Holst Awarded £23 Million Contract by Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
The North West region of Norwest Holst’s Building division (part of VINCI PLC) has been awarded a £23 million contract by Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The contract involves the design and construction of a new four-storey building to provide an elective care centre, along with the associated external works and landscaping.
The main accommodation will include four operating theatres, a number of general clinics, a radiology unit and a reception area with a feature staircase.
Externally, the building will be clad using a variety of different materials including brick, composite cladding and curtain walling.
