Crispin & Borst Reach Highest Point on £6 Million Office Building Contract <
The London Region of Crispin & Borst Limited (part of VINCI PLC) is underway with a £6 million contract for Sackville Development (Egham) Limited to construct a modern two-storey office building set in 12 acres of landscaped grounds at Milton Park in Egham, Surrey.
The front of the building will have a double height glazed atrium and a steel framed canopy comprising eight pre-cambered steel beams, each weighing 1.5 tonnes and measuring 16 metres long resting on four tapered steel columns, all of which were recently lifted into position.
The application of rain screen cladding and curtain walling will complete the construction of the building’s shell. External works will include York stone paving to the front entrance, soft landscaping and new car parking.
The offices will be completed in Spring 2009 ready for prospective clients to fit-out to suit their requirements.
