Taylor Woodrow FM Awarded a Contract with the
Welsh Assembly Government
Taylor Woodrow Facilities Management (part of VINCI Facilities) has been awarded a three year contract to provide integrated facilities management services to the Welsh Assembly Government at its new site in Aberystwyth.
Under the agreement, Taylor Woodrow will provide reception and back office services, a 24/7 help desk, planned and reactive maintenance and cleaning, all of which are performance managed via a real time dashboard, providing complete transparency of the contract performance.
The new building is due to be completed in the summer of 2009 and following a period of fit-out, staff will move in from September 2009. The building will host a number of strategic departments, essential to maintaining the functions of government; including Rural Affairs & Heritage, Economy & Transport, Corporate Information & Services, Environment, Sustainability & Housing, Health & Social Services, Children, Education, Lifelong Learning & Skills and Human Resources.
