VINCI Facilities Secures an M&E Services Contract with BSI
VINCI Facilities has been awarded the provision of a three-year M&E contract with BSI at their head office in London, covering 200,000 ft2 of office space over 19 floors.
Under the new agreement, services provided will include heating boilers, main chillers, fire safety systems, lifts, catering equipment, generators, uninterruptible power supply, power and lighting, building manager system, fan coil units, air handling units and data room air conditioning, all of which will be managed from our 24/7 help desk.
