VINCI Facilities Secures £5 Million FM Contract
for Somerset Oncology Centre
VINCI Facilities has secured a £5m contract to provide a total FM service at the Somerset Oncology Centre. Under the agreement, VINCI Facilities will provide a wide range of integrated services including cleaning, catering, M&E, landscaping, reception and security ensuring the comfort, safety and security of thousands of patients.
VINCI Facilities mission is to provide a high performing building, which is maintained to optimum standards and ensures patients can be treated in an environment conducive to their recovery.
The Oncology Centre, which is based at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton, provides cancer treatment services such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and inpatient and outpatient clinical facilities. The centre provides radiotherapy treatment to approximately 1,200 patients each year serving patients in the NHS South West area.
