Taylor Woodrow to undertake upgrade of District Line Depots
Taylor Woodrow has been awarded a contract by LUL Nominee SSL Ltd to carry out the design and construction of upgrade works to London Underground’s Depots at Ealing Common and Upminster.
This is a significant undertaking to upgrade two depots to service the new S7 train fleet which includes extensions to existing depot buildings, swimming pool inspection pits, extensive modifications to signalling and mechanical & electrical services whilst maintaining the depot operations.
