Participative innovation: The VINCI Innovation Awards Competition
In order to develop the
Group's creative potential by turning employees' innovations to good
account, every two years VINCI organises a major competition open to
all employees: the VINCI Innovation Awards Competition. The 2009
competition attracted huge interest: 1,438 projects were submitted by
more than 3,500 employees, 33% more than in the preceding competition.
Altogether, 110 prizes will be awarded in the regional competitions and
10 in the final competition at a ceremony bringing together 2,000
people in January 2010.
The Innovation Awards Competition has a number of goals: to identify innovations, encourage their dissemination throughout VINCI and present an external image of an innovative and dynamic group.

- Equipment and Tools
- Marketing and Services
- Dissemination
- Safety
- Sustainable development
- Technology leap
