Equal opportunities
Guaranteeing equal opportunities
VINCI's social
responsibility policy places great importance on equal opportunities.
It aims to prevent discrimination in the workplace, particularly in the
recruitment and promotion process, and to raise the awareness of
management, human resources managers and all employees of this very
important issue. In its Manifesto published at the end of 2006, VINCI
undertook to train its managers in best diversity and equal
opportunities practices, and to publish a "diversity" audit carried out
by an independent organisation.
The approach to promoting diversity also involves partnerships and contributions to the public debate. For instance, VINCI takes part in work around these points carried out by Halde, Club du XX° Siècle, Enda Europet and Dynamique Diversité.
